SK Design & Co offers interior design and styling services both virtually and locally. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice. 3. Payments

All fees and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins and outlined in your client agreement or invoice. We accept payments via PayPal unless otherwise stated. Late or missed payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Interlecctual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and written materials on this website are the property of SK Design & Co and may not be reproduced, distributed, or copied without prior written permission. As outlined in individual contracts, SK Design & Co retains the right to showcase design work in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to compromise its functionality. Any use of this site for unauthorized or unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available once work has begun. Partial refunds may be considered only if agreed upon in writing and based on unused service hours.

This website may contain links to external sites. SK Design & Co is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Limitations of Liability 

SK Design & Co is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or services, including but not limited to design outcomes, delays, or interruptions.
